Groware is an educational management enterprise in IT, ITeS and Creative Learning Solutions. Groware delivers technology solutions to various educational organizations, including Art & Technology Institutes, Schools, Colleges and Skill Development Centers. Our Education Management System combines academic facilitators and learning resources to plan, strategize, implement and supervise academic structures to execute training projects that emphasizes on career oriented Digital Education Ecosystem. The objectives of Groware are to help enhance multi-level skill sets, promote effective career development, and built the spirit of entrepreneurship that eventually supplement the scope of scalable employability with potential collaborators from across the globe. Groware Education Solutions LLP (formerly CTDC) is the principal affiliate of KERALA STATE RUTRONIX, and has been providing services & solutions in Software, Hardware and Multimedia based educational training projects, with a successful & proven track record since 2006.

History

Inspired by educationalist and teacher Janab Shahul Hameed, Groware's parent company was founded in 1996 at Kollam, Kerala by his grandchildren under the able guidance of their father, Muhammad Basheer (Rtd. Govt. Engineer), to provide Software Training in a standardized format. The novel concept of systematic training was then extended to Hardware Training and Computer Sales & Services in 2001, followed up by Multimedia Training along with Media Production centre in 2002. Subsequently, the training programmes were further extended to southern parts of Kerala, through the establishment of training institutes at key locations. A decade (1996-2006) of effective IT education at different levels along with our marketing and sales exposure, helped us in forming a tie-up with KERALA STATE RUTRONIX in 2006 to develop software education projects at the State level. Being the principal affiliate of RUTRONIX we designed, developed, implemented and managed IT training projects as per the guidelines of RUTRONIX through our Authorized Training Centers distributed all across Kerala. From 2008 onwards, along with software courses we also started implementing Computer Hardware and Multimedia courses of RUTRONIX, with the participation of around 300 authorized study centers. In 2019, in order to integrate our education projects and to streamline the marketing activities of these projects, we have clubbed all our activities together to form GROWARE EDUCATION SOLUTION LLP at our fully integrated new campus in Sreekariyam, Trivandrum, Kerala.
